Cross = Love = Sacrifice
Yesterday I got a very valuable lesson from a great sermon. It’s about the cross.
The cross is a pride for the Christians. Why? Because the cross is a symbol that the man had been independent and free from sins through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. The cross is a symbol of salvation, which is granted by God to man through the death of His Son.
The cross is a very precious proof of God’s love to mankind in which there is purification and holiness for believers. The sacrifice of the Lord Jesus on the cross is permanent, once and forever. Humans can buy everything on earth. Humans can buy love and even people. But man can not buy salvation.
The cross is a symbol of a sacrifice. God has made His sacrifice for our salvation. Now, our job as believers is to carry the cross of our own. We must take our sacrifice by continuing to look ahead, to always look forward to God. Sacrifice here is something in which there is an element of pain. If we give something without any pain, it is a gift, not a sacrifice. We must feel any pain to do the sacrifice.
After God save man, God doesn’t promise that we will not experience distress. We must fixed the problem for each of us so that we can continue to grow. We must continue to look for God in dealing with problems and believe that in this problem there must be victory. Problems only disturb us, the problem will not stop us.
So, let’s carry the cross!!

Easter; is it just a celebration?… Or a new decision?
Christian faith and beliefs are based on the fact that the Lord Jesus Christ, the crucified and rose again on the third day approximately 2000 years ago in Jerusalem. This faith is not only a solid foundation of Christian faith, but it will constantly be a source of joy and hope which can not be retroactive in our lives as believers. Without the Resurrection of Christ there is no guarantee of Forgiveness of Sin. The resurrection of Christ can be a source of joy for guarantees forgiveness for mankind.
Only in faith in the Lord Jesus Christ there is forgiveness of sins and the certainty of eternal salvation. Do you already have these faith? Did you miss the same conviction with the conviction that owned the Apostle Paul? Have you believe in Him? Would you believe in Him?
Please recite this prayer with faith and full trust : “Lord Jesus, I am grateful to know with certainty that only in Thee who died crucified at the cross and resurrected there is forgiveness and eternal salvation. I am a sinner, I confess and repent of all my sins. Please forgive my sins, come and live in my heart as my own Lord and Savior. Thank you for the eternal life that You have given to me. In Thy holy name I pray. Amen. “
If you have a sincere and earnest heart to invite the Lord Jesus into your heart then believe me that He is now in your heart. And you will never taken from his grasp. John 10:28 “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”
Hopefully in this time while we celebrate the Easter, not only that you more familiar with the Risen Lord, but also you’ve invited Him in your heart and your life, and gain the assurance and eternal hope in Him. May you live with joy and eternal hopes.
